Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Tracksuit University course purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.

To request a refund, contact us at university@gotracksuit.com with your proof of purchase. Once your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. Your access to the course will be revoked upon approval of a refund. 

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
